Young people have a lot of stress today. Between social media and society telling them you have to behave this way or that, they need coping skills.
Find a support systems that can assist you by listening, talking, and encourage you to try new things. Young people need to engage in their community through sports, clubs, volunteer work, etc. Reach out to the professionals for help: Mental Health specialists, nutritionist, substance use worker, tutors, etc.
