May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Mental Health is a part of health wholeness. The following list of things you can do to stay mentally fit:

1. Eat healthy

2. Get adequate sleep

3. Get outside in the sunlight

4. Mediate

5. Take up yoga

6. Go to a gym for regular exercise

7. Join a chat group

8. Go for walks, climb and swim

9. Find a hobby to enjoy (knitting, patch quitting, stamp collecting, gardening, etc.)

10. Drink plenty of water


Remember to inhale, exhale and repeat. Rejoice with music, singing and dancing. And above all, avoid toxic people.






Continue to dream! Dream big as you chart your path. You are the diamond, sparking as you go.



Awesome group at Falkland Elementary School. PCFDC, Inc. in partnership with GPCAS-NCNW, provided a 4 week support group at Falkland Elementary School. We dealt with self-esteem, healthy relations, bullying and hygiene. They were given certificates for partipation, a drawstring bag with a hygiene gift bag, a mirror that will remind them that they are special and gorgeous. This was a great tool for self esteem boosting. Each session, their were given a healthy snack. Great program!!
